Zonya Foco is a wellness expert, international speaker and best selling author that presents about fifty events each year. In 1998, Zonya self-published her kitchen counter-top coach cookbook, Lickety-Split Meals, which has sold over 1/4 million copies. In 2005, started her national PBS series, Zonya’s Health Bites which focused on simple solutions for everyday health and fitness. In 2012, created the worksite wellness program, DIET FREE, which has helped make significant health changes in thousands of employees lives.
