Barbara Teicher, CSP, has been motivational, inspirational and educational, sharing her knowledge, and her talents as a professional speaker, both across the US and globally. For the past 12 years, she has impacted over 400 audiences in multiple corporations, government agencies, conferences and associations. She has spoken for TEDx, in Lille, France, at the University of Science and Technology and to a sold out audience of almost 2,000 for TEDx KC Women in Kansas City.

Ms. Teicher brings 25-plus years of experience developing leaders in Fortune 50-500 companies. She has a strong focus on women in business and specializes in strategic leadership development and effective business communication. Barbara has been seen or quoted on all major networks and was featured on Fox (Kansas City) for her PropelHer™ system. This 3-tier program focuses on women in business “Accelerating Women to be Influential Leaders with Greater Impact.” She has worked with officers of the most recognized brands in the world. Her book, “It’s HOW You Say It®” is endorsed by Kent Babb of The Washington Post.

She holds the distinguished CSP designation. Less than 12 percent of the 5,000+ members of the National Speakers Association (NSA) and Global Speakers Federation (GSF), currently hold this prestigious, professional designation.

Barbara is an adjunct professor coaching MBA, MA and MS students with Rockhurst University’s award-winning Helzberg School of Management. She is active in her community and volunteers with many organizations. She serves on the board of directors for several of these worthy organizations.

Barb lives in Lenexa, Kansas, with her husband, Adam, and their rambunctious 80-pound rescue lab mix, Aspen. They are the proud parents of an aspiring geneticist.
