He is the author of 4 books including the best-selling Humor That Works: 501 Ways to Use Humor to Beat Stress, Increase Productivity, and Have Fun at Work. He has written more than 400 posts receiving more than 1.1 million pageviews from 180 different countries. His humor newsletter has more than 900 subscribers from 6 of the 7 continents (he’s hoping to hit Antarctica soon).

Andrew is a proven businessperson and engineer, having delivered exceptional results at companies large and small. Prior to starting Humor That Works, Andrew was a global project manager at Procter & Gamble where he successfully led initiatives for a $350 million business, including one project that reduced costs by 23% and another that led to $1.7 million in reinvestment back into the business.

While at P&G, Andrew wasn’t content with having just his full-time project management role, so he also self-proclaimed himself P&G’s corporate humorist, leading trainings and writing internally about the value of humor in the workplace.

Andrew graduated with distinction from The Ohio State University with a degree in Computer Science & Engineering and a minor in General Business. While at Ohio State, Andrew worked as a Resident Advisor and co-founded The 8th Floor Improv Comedy group.

As a comedian, Andrew has performed in more than 500 shows in front of more than 30,000 people across the United States. He currently performs stand-up & improv comedy at the Magnet Theater and with ComedySportz in New York City, where currently resides.

He also loves the color orange and is obsessed with milkshakes.
