More recently he became a shareholder and chairman of the board of the world’s fastest growing retail and service pool business with 1,500 employees, 160 retail stores and 600+ mobile service units working in 3 countries.

He has also hosted the hit Australian National Nine Network TV program ‘Don’t Come Monday’, and his own business talk show ‘Gettin’ Down 2 Business’ on the BizTV Network in the USA broadcasting into 30 Million television homes. Troy is also a regular guest Co-Host on ‘The Big Biz Show’, on the BizTV Network and the YTA Network into 80 million homes, and simulcast on the CBS Talk Radio Network and the Business Talk Radio Network broadcasting to 1.5 million radio listeners each week.

Design it - Define it - Deliver it

When we think of what we want our life to look like, most people have a vision, or at least a dream. Many have set goals to help realize that vision. And some have a plan to achieve those goals. Surprisingly, a lot of us miss the most important part of creating a vision. And that is to consider how those elements come together strategically, for every part of our lives. ‘It took me years to realize that vision is not created from a single dimension. As a result, my life was disjointed. Design it – Don’t try and predict the future, instead, design it. Take control of your destiny, or it will control you – ‘be steadfast on the outcome you want, rather than one you could be driven to accept’.

Define it – Metrics are not universal. They are unique to the circumstances you are dealing with – ‘define focus on your core purpose, positioning, and universal plan. And redefine it, continually’.

Deliver it – We know we need to execute to achieve our vision, but many struggle with how to execute, in particular when certain circumstances get easier, or harder. To ensure he is executing, Troy has a ‘3-way execution strategy’ in place. So, he doesn’t have to change direction to deliver the plan, just change lanes – ‘having 3 alternate strategic journeys ensures you reach your destination, on time. Without the need to ‘pivot’.
