Research and real-life results show that mindfulness reduces stress and improves your health. During
this inspiring keynote, you’ll learn practical ways to include mindfulness in your daily life (as well as
tips on how to begin a mindfulness program at your company for safety leadership audiences).

“I attended the standing room only seminar at the NSC Convention in Anaheim this year ("Creating a Vibrant Safety Culture"). Although I attended your public conference about two years ago, the information was refreshing to hear again. While I used A LOT of your tips from the first time, there were a couple more I heard last week that I will install in our culture. It’s amazing what laughter and competition can accomplish! Thank you once again for a memorable and informed seminar. I said it two years ago and I’ll say it again; "Your seminar is the most informative I have ever attended, hands down.”

“I have now had the excellent fortune of twice hearing Richard Hawk deliver a compelling and motivational safety message to members of my organization. I truly believe Richard holds the key to taking safety focus to a new level. This is particularly effective in organizations which are advanced in the safety processes, and are ready to embark to the next level by understanding and impacting behavior-based reasons why people still get hurt--despite knowing all the rules. Following both of Richard's stimulating presentations I had folks ranging from senior managers to technicians tell me that his message changed their lives! . . . The conversations I have with my team, and the methodology by which we promote safety has been positively changed because of our interaction with Richard.”
