At age 38, Amberly’s life was turned upside down when she was hit by an SUV while riding her motorcycle. Recovering from 34 surgeries to save her leg from amputation, she was diagnosed with an incurable chronic pain disease. As a result, she lost her fitness business and had zero self-confidence.

Amberly Lago had a beautiful life and a booming career. She was at the top of her game and life was good!
Then, one bright, sunny California day as Amberly headed home from work on her Harley, her live was forever changed.
She was hit by an SUV.
This near fatal accident took Amberly on a dark path until she found her Superpower of Resilience.

It turns what we don’t have into what we DO have, and what we can’t do into what we CAN do.
Acceptance: True acceptance is the first step to freedom and becoming the best version of yourself. It’s recognizing that you are ready to make changes necessary to have the best life possible and thrive. It is the beginning of starting where you are, using what you, and doing what you can.
