Focus on the Good Stuff: The Power of Appreciation

Appreciation is one of the most powerful, yet overlooked, aspects of successfully motivating and empowering people and teams. According to the latest research in the fields of positive psychology and strengths-based leadership, when individuals and teams put more attention on what is working, instead of focusing on problems and perceived weaknesses, they thrive. Through program, which is based on key principles of his book, Focus on the Good Stuff, Mike Robbins illustrates exactly how appreciation impacts productivity, morale, and success.

Be Yourself, Everyone Else is Already Taken: The Power of Authenticity

Authenticity is fundamental to relationships, communication, and success – for individuals, teams, and organizations. Now more than ever, people, leaders, and groups must utilize the power of authenticity in order to build trust, resolve conflicts, and create cohesion. Although it can be counter-intuitive, some fascinating research in the field of emotional intelligence is proving that being real, honest, and even vulnerable are key elements to individual and group success and engagement. Through this program, which is based on the core principles of his book, Be Yourself, Everyone Else is Already Taken, Mike Robbins illustrates exactly how authenticity impacts relationships, trust, and productivity.

Nothing Changes Until You Do

Wherever you go in life, there you are. The most important and often challenging relationship in our lives and businesses is with ourselves. Dealing with ourselves in a healthy, compassionate, and empowering way is essential creating genuine success and fullfillment in life, work, and relationships of all kinds.

The one constant in the midst of all of the change, stress, and uncertainty we face in life is us. Through this program, which is based on the core principles of his new book, Nothing Changes Until You Do (Hay House, May 2014), Mike Robbins illustrates exactly how to enhance your relationship with yourself in a healthy and productive way, which allows you to enhance your relationships with others and everything else that is important to you.

Being a True Champion

A “true champion” is someone who can transform the fear, stress, and daily challenges of business and life in order to keep things in perspective and produce extraordinary results.

This program teaches the fundamentals of being a true champion by focusing on the attitudes and mindsets needed for breakthrough results! As a former professional baseball player, a top-producing sales executive, and a sought-after speaker, trainer, and coach for some of the top organizations in the world for over a decade, Mike Robbins knows what it takes to produce results and be a champion, especially in difficult times.

The Keys to Creating a Championship Team

A “championship team” is a group of people who can effectively handle adversity and conflict, trust one another, communicate clearly and authentically, and appreciate each other in a positive way. In this program, which is based on key principles from both of Mike Robbins’ books, as well as his background as a college and professional baseball player, he teaches people, leaders, and groups the fundamental aspects of creating successful teams that truly win.

Building Authentic Relationships

In just about every important aspect of life and business, building strong relationships is an essential quality of individuals and teams that truly win. According to Mike Robbins and his work, the two core elements of building meaningful and effective relationships, are authenticity and appreciation (the themes of his two books). This interactive program allows people to deepen and strengthen their relationships, even the most difficult and challenging ones.
