Hollywood Actress to Corporate VP

During my 25-year career as a professional actress in Hollywood, I co-founded an award-winning theater company, wrote and performed in sketch comedy troupes, and guest-starred in dozens of popular television shows, including The Jamie Foxx Show, Friends, Bones, CS/, CS/: Miami, Modern Family, and NCIS. Concurrently (yes, at the same time!) I had a vice president role in one of the largest insurance brokerages in the world, leading two teams in different offices. I credit many of the skills I developed as an actress to my rapid rise in the corporate world.

From External Success to Personal Power
But even with two successful careers, I found myself feeling lost, confused, and anxious about my future. So I did what anyone would do: I quit my job, walked away from acting, and meditated for 5 years. I call it “My Big Time Out.” It was then that I began to understand that external success doesn’t equate to personal empowerment. So I began to do the work within to do my work in the world.

Personal Transformation to Corporate Consultant
After reprioritizing my lite and finding my purpose, I reinvented myself as an executive coach and leadership consultant. Drawing on my own

transformational journey in addition to a BA in Psychology and MBA, I show leaders how to unlock and harness personal power to amplify their influence. I developed The ACP Presence Model, a framework that builds presence by cultivating authenticity, confidence, and purpose – the building blocks of personal power. Over the last 10 years, I have coached hundreds of professionals and facilitated dozens of workshops tor companies such as Lowe’s, Deloitte, AbbVie, Amex, Cisco, Genentech, and KPMG.

Keynotes That Entertain and Inspire
For me, keynote speaking is the perfect synthesis of my performing and consulting careers. I use my acting skills to infuse my talks with energy, emotion, and humor; and my consulting experience has taught me how to explain concepts in practical terms that create tangible results. I’m on a mission to encourage as many people as possible to do the work within to do their work in the world.

This transformative and energizing keynote reveals how to integrate intuition — your most underutilized leadership asset — into your decision‑making process. Through compelling stories, neuroscience, and practical tools, Michelle shows leaders how to access their internal guidance system to cut through noise, reduce overwhelm, and make better decisions with greater confidence. If time permits, she can even guide volunteers through real‑time intuitive decision‑making exercises.

Your audience will LEAVE WITH STRATEGIES TO:

Use intuition as a strategic advantage: understand how intuition complements data, accelerates clarity, and unlocks innovative solutions — especially in ambiguous or high‑pressure situations.

Apply a simple, repeatable intuitive decision‑making process: discover the three-part framework — Learn, Practice, Heal — to access intuition on demand, ask better questions, and receive clearer internal guidance.

Regulate stress and calm the amygdala for better decisions: strengthen your inner compass so you can lead with grounded confidence, even when external opinions conflict or the stakes are high.

Differentiate intuition from emotional triggers: recognize when past experiences are clouding judgment and learn how to neutralize triggers so they don’t masquerade as intuition.

This program is perfect for: Senior leaders navigating complex, high-stakes decisions Executives responsible for strategy, innovation, and organizational direction Teams experiencing rapid change, uncertainty, or transformation Leadership development programs focused on emotional intelligence and decision-making Women leaders seeking to strengthen confidence and personal power Professionals who want to reduce analysis paralysis and lead with clarity.

The Secret to Powerful Presence ifs Personal Power

Your audience will WALK AWAY WITH:

The ACP Presence Model: a framework to develop the inner principles of authenticity, confidence, and purpose An elevated sense of personal power that translates into greater executive presence

No matter what role you’re playing, at home, in your community, or within an organization, your most valuable skill is influence – whether it be to lead, engage, connect, sell, or solve. The problem is that we’re only taught to “present”. But the path to influence isn’t in your presentation. It’s in your presence.

In my signature keynote, I’ll draw on my acting background and years of coaching senior leaders to teach your audience how to embody powerful presence by cultivating the building blocks of personal power: authenticity, confidence, and purpose.

A deeper understanding of how greater self-awareness and emotional intelligence make you a more powerful, engaging leader

Concrete strategies to develop and practice authenticity, confidence, and purpose every day
