After beating a slew of self-destructive habits to become a top executive, Jamie turned her worst liabilities into her greatest assets.
She took the stepping stones of her recovery process and polished them into the gems that form her five-pillar Radical Behavior Change system, helping people all over the world become truly limitless.
Today, Jamie acts as an ambassador for hundreds of brands dedicated to helping improve people’s health and wellness, as well as coaching countless people each year toward achieving their health and career goals. Her highly sought-after immersive experiential events draw hundreds of people and brands together in service of one big goal: achieving Radical Behavior Change and becoming Limitless together.
Jamie formerly spent two decades as a PR professional and brand strategist for clients such as W Hotels, LinkedIn, McDonald’s, Barry’s Boot Camp, and more. When she’s not on the road or on set, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, and dogs.
Oftentimes there is a disconnect between the GenZ / Millennials and GenX / Boomer generations – a divided belief on which is more important: “Hustle,” meaning striding ahead, no matter what; or “Heal,” meaning setting healthy boundaries and prioritizing self-care.
What if I told you there is a way to do both?
People “spin out” when they lose focus on what’s important. When the fear of failing outweighs the vision of success. When they don’t feel connected to their purpose. When they get hyper-focused on the bad, and forget to live in alignment with the good.
The data is undeniable: People who treat a daily gratitude practice like any other regular form of disciplined exercise are able to “retrain their brain,” hard-wiring it to become more productive, less stressed, happier, and more engaged.
Companies with engaged employees report 2.5x higher revenues. Alternatively, disengaged employees are 87% more likely to leave a job… we have “hustled our way” into a workforce that feels burnt out, disengaged, and no longer connected to gratitude.
“Gratitudeology” is a unique framework that applies research-backed techniques that change the game, delivering an energetic mindset shift that compels peak performance, increases engagement, and deepens the “purpose matrix” from the inside out.
In this talk, Jamie delivers the A, B, Cs of Gratitudeology:
ASK yourself: what am I grateful for TODAY?
BECOME someone who leans into challenges.
CONNECT with those around you; Gratitude is a prosocial exercise.
Radical Behavior Change is the path to true holistic health. In this talk, Jamie’s five-step method leaves audiences feeling empowered and ready to meet life’s challenges in an entirely new way. Radical Behavior Change ignites accountability, motivation, and the drive to achieve — inspiring people to feel better and think bigger.
Participants will leave the session:
- Aligned. Armed with a new approach to wellness that affects every. single. thing.
- Elevated. Energized by an eye-level that has risen from the ground to the horizon.
- Supported. Because the greatest misconception is that asking for help is a weakness.
Jamie Hess is known as the “Brand Ninja” for her prowess at identifying the exact alchemy needed to create affinity. During her 17-year career as a senior-level PR executive, she helped brands like McDonald’s, W Hotels Worldwide, Barry’s Bootcamp, and LinkedIn become white hot on the cultural landscape.
What she did for each of these iconic brands was to help them uncover their authentic personality – the most luminescent parts of their core DNA – and then help them show up in alignment with that… every day, and in every way.
When a brand shows up as the truest version of themselves, people trust them.
The same goes for people.
In today’s workplace, cultivating your own personal brand is imperative to walking through your career with confidence. Whether you are actualizing your potential as a part of the team, or in a senior leadership role, the same is true: once you uncover your own hidden “star power,” you become a magnet for success.
This talk gives audiences the “magic bullet” to rebrand themselves from the inside out, giving them the ability to attract rather than chase successful outcomes.
