Why Science is Your Next New Business Target

There’s been a shift in the startup ecosystem. With high competition to invest in consumer apps and basic tech solutions, and a hunger to solve the bigger problems across the globe, deep tech and science startups are the latest desire of the VC. From biotech and health, to energy and space, startups coming out of Postdocs and PhDs are proving to be both lucrative and genuinely useful to those in the know. Why is this move happening now; who are the main players; and how can entrepreneurs, investors and corporates start to play in these growing areas of disruption?
