The Empathetic Leader

Be prepared to use movement to START a movement of positivity and self awareness that will awaken your mind, body, and soul. Re: this is an extremely interactive 1-hour keynote session that infuses play, improv, and experiential learning.

At improve it!, we believe we are leaders because of our actions, not because of our titles. And the magical pill that keeps people engaged and retained, and attracts top talent? It’s you.

Otherwise known as “positive relational energy,” several studies show that people with positive energy produce substantially higher levels of engagement, lower turnover, and enhanced well-being among employees. A leader’s energy, good or bad, creates a domino effect in every organization.

In response to this phenomenon that we often kick to the curb, Erin Diehl uses her research, unmatched enthusiasm, and extensive experience in improvisational training to help you discover a newfound sense of self-love, empathy, and inner peace. You’ll combine these three powerhouses to create your very own positive relational energy.
