His journey to becoming a keynote speaker for over 1000 organizations across four continents started in the classroom where he was an awardwinning teacher and led to stand-up comedy and radio, and then to designing and delivering corporate training. In 1999, Dave started a speaking and consulting business based on the concept of joy as a strategy for sustainable success and laughter as a path to common ground and stress relief. Dave combines his business experience and teaching strategies with razor sharp humor and comic timing to provide transformative insights on creating balance and building a workplace culture where engagement, retention and service are simply the byproducts of making joy a mission-level goal.
