Bella Bade joins The Speaker Exchange Agency as an Account Manager. Bella’s professional journey began long before she entered the workforce. Growing up, she spent time entertaining clients alongside her mother and observing the inner workings of the business world from a young age. After graduating college, she took a leap abroad to live in Spain for three months, immersing herself in the language and culture.
Upon returning to the U.S., she began offering child and pet care while exploring career opportunities in sales. Demand quickly grew, and what began as a side gig evolved into a full-fledged business. Bella founded her own LLC, becoming a trusted house manager for multiple families. During this time, a chance meeting with keynote speaker and mentor, Diana Kander, sparked a new passion. Initially providing household services, Bella soon found herself captivated by the speaking industry. She transitioned into an apprentice role within one of her mentor’s businesses, balancing her growing responsibilities with her own company. From researching clients and attending speeches to producing content and managing behind-the-scenes operations, Bella dove headfirst into this new field. Eventually, seeking an even greater challenge, she jumped at the opportunity to join a dynamic team of women working in the speaking industry. She brings her people skills, business acumen, and passion for client satisfaction to every project she touches.
Bella graduated from Kansas State University with a B.S in Life Sciences. She lives in Overland Park, KS with her cat Leonard.

Why do you love the speaking industry? I love the diversity of people and experiences. Every speaker I have met has incredible insight in their specific field. They have the power to change perspective and way of life. It is a beautiful thing to watch one person change the mindset of a full room of people, using only their words.

Tell us about your pets: I have a kitty named Leonard, AKA Lenny. I found him under the front porch of someone’s house, and adopted him.

What’s your favorite thing to-do on the weekend? I love going to the golf range, and hanging out with friends.
What’s your favorite type of candy? Milk chocolate or hard candy
Do you have any wisdom to share? Question everything. Curiosity is the road to wisdom.
What’s your favorite movie? I don’t think I could decide. I would say one of the classics, like Harry Potter or Star Wars.
If you could go back to talk to your 13 year-old self, what would you tell yourself? Everything will work out just the way it is supposed to. The hardships you face will only make you stronger.
What are you grateful for? My family and the life I have been blessed with.
What do most people not know about you? I can speak a little Spanish.
