Jeff Fellows is currently an Associate Director for Raytheon Intelligence and Space. He manages the requirements and capabilities of a $100M dollar advanced mission systems portfolio. He also provides subject matter expertise during evaluation and analysis of next generation warfighting concepts.

Recently retired from active-duty naval service, Jeff spent more than 20 years leading high impact organizations as an officer and combat aviator. An experienced carrier pilot with more than 3,300 flight hours and 660 arrested landing in F/A-18 E/F Super Hornets and F-35C Lightning II aircraft his career highlights include:

• Hand-picked to command the Navy’s first operational F-35C Lightning II squadron

• TOPGUN Graduate: Class 02-09

• TOPGUN Instructor

• TOPGUN Training Officer: Peer-selected role to lead entire instructor cadre

• 3 x combat tours: Operation IRAQI FREEDOM and Operation ENDURING FREEDOM

As an active advocate for continued service to military families, Jeff recently co-founded and launched the The Ready Room Project, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing out-of-reach experiences and resources to military kids and spouses. He serves as an Executive Director, leading their functional operations, fundraising campaigns, and strategic vision.

A life-long athlete, Jeff was a US Lacrosse High School All-American and continued his lacrosse career as a four-year standout at the United States Naval Academy. He is a 2 x Ironman triathlon finisher and continues to enjoy multi-sport activities in his free time. In recognition of his athletic and professional achievement, Jeff was inducted into the Jesuit Sports Hall of Fame in 2019. Jeff stays actively involved in local sports communities by volunteer coaching though the Iron Horse Lacrosse club.

A Dallas native, Jeff and his wife Courtney have happily relocated to the North Dallas metroplex following retirement from the Navy. They have three active and wonderful kids, Griffin, Graham, and Molly.
