As CEO and Founder of The Amplified Life Company, Carmen works directly with C-suite executives, CEOs, boards of directors, and senior leadership teams across industries, with a deepening focus on the credit union movement. Her approach is no-BS, equally strategic and human, rigorous and fun, and relentlessly focused on outcomes that matter. Carmen’s credibility is built on two decades of doing the work herself. She spent 16 years in corporate leadership at JPMorgan Chase, navigating one of the most demanding environments in global finance and leading high-performing teams through complexity and rapid change. She then founded The Amplified Life Company, where, for over a decade, she has coached, trained, facilitated, and developed C-suite leaders and built a methodology, the Amplified Performance Framework, that organizations use to build cultures of sustained high performance.

What sets Carmen apart isn’t just what she knows. It’s how she lives. At 25, she was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, a moment that could have quietly ended her ambitions. Instead, it became the catalyst for a radical redesign: of her leadership, her life, and her definition of what peak performance actually looks like. That lived experience gives Carmen a perspective on resilience, capacity, and sustainable success that no credential can replicate.

Carmen has been featured on Fox News, appeared on numerous leadership and business podcasts, and is completing her debut book, set for release in 2027. When she’s not on stage or in a boardroom, she’s at home in Miami Beach with her husband Joal, courtside at a Heat game, or recharging on a month-long sabbatical in Tulum.
